Management

The main partners of the consortium are the Municipality of Monfalcone, the Province of Gorizia and the Chamber of Commerce of Gorizia, which hold about 75% of the shares.

The remaining shares of the fund are owned by the twelve municipalities in the Isontino area. (Ronchi dei Legionari, San Canzian d'Isonzo, Staranzano, Fogliano Redipuglia, Turriaco, San Pier d'Isonzo, Cormons, Gradisca d'Isonzo, Mariano, Romans d'Isonzo Villesse and Doberdò del Lago) and the Consortium for land reclaiming (Consorzio di Bonifica della Pianura Isontina).

By law L.R. 3/99 some private companies established in the area entered the register of shareholders with an own representative appointed to the Board of Directors.
